Our Company is based in Sacramento, California, USA. and Manila Philippines. Our sales team is managed in the US and provides personal servicing for each of our clients. We realize the importance of understanding your business and work with our clients intimately to develop the best possible solution for your company.  We currently have offices in Sacramento, Honolulu and Manila Philippines.

Our small and yet efficient team is led by two key individuals. The CEO and President is Mr. Herman Bongco. Mr. Bongco is the key point of contact for all business solutions and contracts in the United States and Europe. Each Contract is personally reviewed and written jointly between Global 1 and the intended client to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Mr. Bongco has over 15 years of experience in the Global Services field and is a trained Engineer and Architect by trade. His ability to gather your company's mission requirements and deliver results will speak for themselves.

The Chief Financial Officer in Manila, Philippines is Ms Marie Ramos. Ms. Ramos has 10 years of Finanical and Management experience from San Francisco, California USA and manages the back office operations in the Philippines. Ms. Ramos is located onsite making sure the Manila operations is running smoothly and constantly performing random Auditing of all the services and solutions provided by Global 1 Direct. Both the CEO and CFO work closely with each other on a daily basis to ensure that each client is serviced and the financial deliverables are met on a daily, weekly and Monthy cycle.
